Do You Want To Take Your Game To The Next Level? The Research On Hypnosis In Sports

The research is definitely in favour of psychological interventions to improve your game, in particular with hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Scott Jasper is a clinical Hypnotherapist that focuses on one-on-one hypnotherapy sessions. Scott has worked with cricketers, golfs, cyclists and a range of other sportspeople to help them reach the top of their game. Scott has a bachelor degree in Psychological Science and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (ICHP). Scott is one of the few hypnotherapists trained by a well-established international school and he is also a professional member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA).
